About Dr. Hunter

Robert G Hunter MD, FACSDr. Robert Hunter attended the University of Utah for both undergraduate and Medical School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He did his internship and residency in San Antonio, Texas at the University of Texas Health and Science Center, where he was chief resident during his final year. He is board certified from the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He has practiced in Murray, Utah since 1992.

Dr. Hunter specializes in the treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders, head and neck tumor surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, sinus surgery, and treatment of sleep apnea.

Dr. Hunter is married with five children and four grandchildren. During his free time he enjoys all outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain biking, hunting and visiting Lake Powell.
